• I have the right to decline any commission request for any reason, at any time. A full refund will be given if I decide to cancel the commission because of any personal reasons or situations, if payment was given already.• If I cancel for something relating to not wanting to work with the client because they are being difficult to work with, then refund would be dependent on how far along the art piece has come.• Time for a commission can vary from 1 week - 2 months dependent on the commission and personal situations. Though I can work with your deadlines it can cost extra depending on how soon it is needed.• I can do small fixes during each stage of the work but large changes cost extra depending on commission type and amount of changes needed.• Any raw or normal sketches that were declined in the brainstorming process will be re-purposed into other artwork.• By commissioning me you understand I will pick the colors of your character from your ref for the flats however environment, effects and style can effect the final colors.

• You can't use my work for commercial purposes without letting me know and discussing it first.• I have the right to post/not post my finished art and/or to use it in a portfolio. Please tell me during commission discussion if you want your commission to be private/not posted.• The client will receive the finished product in the highest resolution i have available for the piece. The artwork should only be used for the purpose discussed at the time of the commission request. (Personal Use)• Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned work/s through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through through the use of the stated above. I will consider this an automatic purchase of commercial / exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork.
